I started Offbeat Home Services because getting a price on home improvement work usually means a two-hour sales appointment and a number that changes depending on how hard you negotiate. I wanted to do it the other way around.
When you send your address, I measure your roofline from satellite imagery and send you a flat-rate price based on our $10/ft starting rate. When you call, you're talking to me, not a call center.
How we work
- Satellite measurement. Every quote starts with a measurement of your actual roofline from aerial imagery.
- One clear price. A team member calls you with one quote. No haggling and no pressure to sign that day.
- Vetted local installers. Your gutters are installed by local crews we check before they work for us, including proof of insurance.
- Clean finish. Old gutters are removed and hauled away, and the crew cleans up before they leave.
